Brooklyn’s very own Hip Hop superstar, Maino made a huge power move in the industry. On July 25th, he teamed up with the iconic clothing store BedStuy Fly to do a one time collaboration. He launched his signature “Hustle Hard” hats in this most influential urban fashion hubs. The rapper also put together a Pop Up Shop / Listening  Party for all his fans to come out and enjoy. At this event his fans were able to purchase his merch as well as hear his new debut album “Mainovation” Volume 2. 

I got the opportunity to attend Maino’s event and can say the experience was phenomenal. His new project is straight fire- raw, honest and packed with wisdom anybody can apply to their everyday life. On this body of work he warns his people of the ever-watchful eyes of the feds and stresses the importance of moving militant. He also speaks about his spiritual battles, not being on people’s top 5 list, waking up on messy blogs, turning up with all the baddest females, and how he found hope in a world full of darkness. Maino also opens up about losing his mother and how that loss fuels his drive to make her proud every single day.
